Worst bottling, the cream was randomly filled like ice cream! poisonous chemical ingredient, not natural at all. They deleted my account so I couldn’t write a negative review on their website!!! Scam company

Really impressed ordered yesterday and received today.

After being recommended Manuka for an ongoing desease I was excited to place my order early December. 31st and it’s still not here, no response from support, no publicised closing hours no answer on the phone £90 order and no way forward. Save yourself the time and stress and get it from somewhere that is reputable and not these cowboys with their abhorrent delivery partners.

Following my complaint regarding the parcel I received from you (see previous review). On contacting customer services, I am very pleased to say that Leanne dealt with the complaint quickly and efficiently and very kindly replaced the contents after seeing the pictures I sent of the damaged parcel and items that were delivered to me. I received my replacement items today.

The one page advert in the Daily Mail shows Dr Hilary Jones advocating the products. I have to smile as his photo shows him when he had some hair, he now has very little, does make one wonder how seriously we can take his endorsement of the products

Their products used to be good but now it's terrifying! They've changed the size and content. Don't be fool by the natural ingredients they advertised, it's just chemical things. Most shocking one is their bottling!!! They randomly filled up the cream just like vending machine, the ice cream shape of the cream made me sick enough.

I become addicted to this honey :) I bought 1 just to try with average MGO 70+, and 30+ as it was a good promotional price. I quickly felling love with a taste, and now I am an owner of 9 jars with vary MGO from 30+ to 540+. I don't know if it's Manuka or just my immune system, but managed not to catch covid 19 over pandemic :)

Been using this honey for a few years now, tastes great and since using it have not been suffering with the colds and sore throats that were common place in the winter months. Delivery is excellent ie next day, on my last order i had a problem with the website and had to phone the company, the service was first class problem solved and my order was shipped straight out. No negatives at all.

I first used the mask and was so impressed with how my skin felt after using that I decided to buy a few more products, namely, serum and moisturizer. I have been using the latter for a week now and again am impressed with just how nice and soft & plumped my facial skin is feeling. Would recommend.

My daughter got me hooked in the product after gibing me cashmere cream and a serum. My usual moisturiser is over £50, I love, the day cream smells devine, night mask and oil, (although not so keen on the smell of the oil) Bought them in the sale, what's not to love. They arrived very quickly. My only beef, was I cannot see where it states that VAT is not included!!

Disappointed! I couldn’t get my refund from them. Please do not purchase unless you want to lose your money. Opened up a PayPal dispute and they completely ignored my side. I wasn’t able to prove that I sent the items back. For some reason royals mails receipt confirmed the incorrect address so they denied any help even knowing this. I will never purchase from them!
